Anime Personalities is a subscription-based software service (SaaS) that provides users with access to a text-based AI chat interface featuring fictional AI characters created and maintained by Anime Personalities.
No user-created characters/content: Users are not permitted to create, upload, publish, or sell AI characters or prompts on the Service. Any features that allow personalization are for the user's private use within the Service and do not grant publication rights.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pricing: The Service is offered as a recurring subscription (currently CAD $9/month for unlimited chats, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page).
Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting us at ap@animepersonalities.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Refunds: Refunds, if any, are handled according to our Refund Policy (if posted) and applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at ap@animepersonalities.com promptly with relevant details.
You agree not to use the Service to create, request, generate, share, or engage with content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended for sexual gratification.

Enforcement: We may use automated systems and/or human review to prevent or restrict prohibited content. We may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for violations, and we may remove access immediately for severe or repeated violations.

The Service generates content using automated systems and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive outputs. You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anime Personalities will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anime Personalities from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a risk, or used the Service unlawfully or abusively.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Effective date." Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
